Grew up on a farm in rural Western Australia, and then on sheep and cattle stations in the remote Northof Western Australia, so was always close to nature.

Having trained as a geologist my initial interests were in landforms and landscape photography, but along the way have collected quite a number of photographs of nature.

Now cataloging and adding those observations to this site, as well as making observations on my frequent travels.
