My love of spring ephemeral wildflowers runs deep. I have been a certified Charlottesvile Area Tree Steward since 2013 and a certified Rivanna Master Naturalist since 2014. I love to plant trees, garden and forage for wild food. I am a member of the Piedmont Virginia Bird Club, Virginia Bluebird Society and VSO and Audubon. I participated in 2VABBA and Christmas Bird counts, am an avid eBirder l and monitor two nesting box trails in Albemarle and Madison County. Besides trees and birds I also am attracted to learning more about fungi and insects.
