I worked in horticulture for about a decade, and hope to remain a dilettante and autodidact for the remainder of my time. For as long as I can remember, I have been the person who friends will text when they can't identify a plant, and now this platform is helping me to be on the other side of that exchange, which is very compelling.

I'm particularly interested in geophtyes, but have no real niche for my enthusiasm.
