I'm a naturalist based in Castle Pines, Colorado. I'm the former Senior Collections Manager at the McGuire Center for Lepidoptera and Biodiversity, Florida Museum of Natural History, University of Florida, Gainesville, where I oversaw the curation of one of the largest collections of butterflies and moths in the world. I grew up chasing Lepidoptera in Colorado, spent 8 years running around the Pacific Northwest (home base: Oregon State University, Corvallis), and have studied Lepidoptera all over Mexico, the Caribbean, Colombia, Ecuador, and Brazil.
