I'm a 5th generation Texan and an avid nature lover who loves to learn about flora and fauna. I am a certified North Texas Master Naturalist and member of Dallas and Trinity Forks NPSOT organizations. I'm a member of the Friends of Hagerman NWR Board and lead the Nature Photography Club at Hagerman.

Julien Reverchon, one of the great Texas Naturalist, is a ancestor who settled in Dallas county back in 1856. My mother Shirley is a self taught Botanist and expert on North Central Texas flora. A Texan by birth, I attribute my interest in part to the naturalist genes I inherited. Dallas has been my home base for past 40 years.

I'm an avid Photographer as well and enjoy photographing wildflowers with Macro Lens.
