Can see pair of spines on vertex in face shot for ID. I found the nymph on a riverside rock at 2:45 PM. It looked dead. Came back at 3:15 and it was partially emerged but end of abdomen was stuck in exuviae and 3 wings were bent over. 35 minutes later it got free but wings never straightened and abdomen was deformed. It was unable to fly when I left at 4:55. Very sad.
