These plants have survived the winter and are growing at the same location where I first observed them last summer. The nearby trail has expanded somewhat with the result that the plants appear to have been trod upon by hikers and dogs. The City has posted a notice of a construction project to shore up the banks of nearby Yellow Creek which may result in further disturbance of these plants or their destruction.
