We had published paper on

Salticidae: Plexippina: Vailimia sp. indet.) in southwest India.

Here is one more observation of vailimia sp, juvenile on its web.
As this jumper is on its web, it definitely got protected from Thelcticopis sp !
Thelcticopis , Nocturnal predator is known to feed on spiders !
Vailimia is confidently resting on its web without fear !

an interesting find. we would have ignored as parawixia but the abdomen was so different with colors and patterns. may be look more further when we go there next
