The Distribution Map Is Growing!
There are no words to describe how excited we are at how the numbers of tree-of-heaven identifications are growing! A huge thanks naturalists, and keep up the good work logging in your finds and verifying the work of others. We especially appreciate the extra photos that show the leaves closer up and the heart-shape scars on the bark of young trees to help with verification. You rock!!

How do we get started? What do I need?
Thanks for joining the project! You just need to add tree of heaven observations to iNaturalist via the "upload" button on the website or by using the iNaturalist mobile app to take a photo and enter the information requested. Any tree of heaven report in Oregon will then get automatically get displayed on the Oregon Tree of Heaven Tally project page! Be sure to get as close of detail of the leaves and/or heart shaped scars on the bark of young trees so others can verify your observation. Posting 2-3 different photos is really helpful :-).
