Lab2 Journal Entry

One unique adaptation for broad-leaved goldenrod is that compare to all other observations of mine, this species is native to the eastern and central parts of the united states and Canada. I saw the map of all observations, only broad-leaved goldenrod cannot be found in other locations.

One adaptation that all observations have in common is they are colorful for their trait. And also almost all of them are the native species of North America, and some can be found in Europe. T

he phylogenetic placement of symphyotrichum ciliolatum is that it is one of the twenty-five species of Lindley’s aster. Asters are members of more than a dozen genera in the tribe astereae of the sunflower family. They are also from the genus of symphyotrichum as thier name. They almost occur in north America and across to northern and central Eurasia.
