Awesome weekend in Marble Falls -- meet some iNatters in person and was energized yet again. :)
This past weekend, I attended the Texas Master Naturalists state conference in Marble Falls and had a blast! Meet several folks for the first time, and it was great to associate some faces to iNat screen names! :)
@connlindajo @billdodd @dariamckelvey @birdladymilam @doodlebug @cullen and I'm sure several more that I can't think of right now.
I did a little presentation on spatial accuracy of observations and attended a few of Cullen's as well. All in all, I'm even MORE motivated to go out and observe more critters. :)
I took several hundred photos from the surrounding state parks that I'll upload in the next few days too.

Sam, it was a great weekend. I always enjoy seeing old friends and meeting new ones. You, Cullen and especially Linda Jo have inspired me to become a part of the iNaturalist family. Thank-you all for sharing your love and adventure of nature.... doodlebug
Sam, as doodlebug said, it is great to see old friends and meet new ones at TMN conferences. I have been fortunate to attend my 4th conference since becoming a TMN. They have been educational and inspirational and I have always gone home with lots of information and experiences to digest/assimilate and then share with others.
Sam, you do stand up to your reputation... I have met only a few of those touched by your enthusiasm and helpfulness and love of nature at the past two state conferences I have attended.
