Welcome to our sister city "Sharing Our Biodiversity" Project!

This project was started in 2020 with the help of the City of Cupertino's Parks and Recreation department, when we entered the COVID-19 Pandemic. Due to the inability to continue our student exchange program, this project was started as a sort of "Virtual" exchange that we can have between the sister cities of Cupertino (located in the Santa Clara county of California) in the U.S. and Toyokawa (located in the Aichi Prefecture) in Japan.

Cupertino-Toyokawa Sister Cities, Inc. conducts an annual student exchange and the annual award-winning Cupertino Cherry Blossom Festival in Memorial park in late April.
