I'm an amateur observer of nature with some training in horticulture, a Grandmother of 4 and a wanna-be nature journal artist.

My interests are predominantly land-based and I prefer to make observations of higher quality rather than quantity. My knowledge base is broad but still quite basic in many areas. I'm more than happy to be lead by others who are far more experienced & knowledgeable than me.
