Definitely a "rare" find. The expected subspecies here would be "bromia", but this bird immediately jumped out at me. Firstly, note the duller dorsum area rather than the bright blue that is characteristic of the Northern race, as well as the less numerous white markings, which is a key identification mark of the Southeastern race.
