Small congregation of native bees, perhaps 20 individuals, using a communal burrow entrance. Individuals approx 4-5 mm long. Some returning with pollen, entering through narrow slit in the ground. Middle of the day, sunny, bright.
This observation is for the white scale insects being farmed by ants, not the host plant (logged separately).
One of at least a dozen caterpillars scattered around an Exocarpus cupressiformis sapling (logged separately).
This observation is for the insect that has created the tube of frass or similar (not for the host plant, Hakea sp. logged separately). Appears to be common in the local area albeit limited to the one host plant.
